Once you have dropped off your return, at one of your closest Australia Post locations or in store, your return will be checked in and the refund or the exchange order will be processed. To prevent a delay in refund, returns must be shipped back within 7 days since the return label was issued. Do not ship items back through any other means other than the prepaid return label that we provide as package may be returned to you.
