What if I place an order and KAS doesn't have the item in stock?Updated a year ago

If we are unable to fill your order you will be notified via email or our friendly customer service team will try call you and notify you. Your credit card/PayPal account or Cash App Pay will not be charged. If you paid using AfterPay/Zip Pay/ Or Shop Pay, the Instalments within your account will be refunded. There is a small chance that certain preorders may be cancelled, based on demand, in which case refund will be issued the same day the order is cancelled and usually reflects in 3-5 business days. You can also check the status online by signing in to your account and going to "My Orders".
