When is my order shipped?Updated 2 years ago

Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use either Australia Post, Star Track or Couriers Please for all standard shipping orders in Australia. Orders arrive within 2-5 business days unless Express or Same Day shipping options were chosen at checkout. Orders to International regions depending on Location can arrive between an estimated period of in 7-12 business days depending on customs laws and declaration of goods. In the event that KAS takes Pre-Orders, these will ship on or about the date mentioned on the product page, except in rare cases when pre-orders are not shipped because the order has been cancelled based on demand.
